Welcome to Electrix Dance Studio Dance Studio

This is a combination class where students are introduced to Jazz, Tap, Ballet and Hip Hop through engaging teaching methods.

This allows for an opportunity for students to learn a variety of styles before moving into 6+ age groups where genres are split up.

Lots of variety to keep their little minds active and learning!

Students commence learning the foundations of street dance styles and will progress into learning more complex movements.

Hip Hop is an energetic style and bring a cool, fun element to dance.

Available to ages 6+

 Students will work on strength, agility, balance, coordination, flexibility and power. Lessons will focus on acrobatic skills, pom techniques and stunt work. 

Available to ages 5+

Classical Ballet is a disciplined and structured dance style that focuses on technique, artistry and physical strength. Students will learn fundamental basis, barre and centre work. 

 Lyrical dance is a fusion of ballet, jazz, and contemporary dance that emphasizes storytelling, emotional expression, and fluid, graceful movement. 

No exams required.

Available to ages 6+

Jazz explores a technical style where students will learn to turn, kick and jump. It is energetic and teaches musicality and expression.

Tap teaches students rhythm, timing and technical tap steps while creating sounds with the feet. It allows students to act as musicians and performers in one.

Contemporary is a versatile style that blends several dance forms. It emphasizes creativity, fluidity and personal expression. It allows dancers to emotionally connect with their art form whilst building core strength, coordination and flexibility.

No exams required.

Available to ages 6+

Students reach a level where their skills are put to the test in various competitions throughout the year. 

Students can dance competitively in a team or as a solo/duo.

Available to all ages.
